Please remain vigilant and, if your child is unwell, keep them at home.
If someone in your household has tested positive for covid we ask that –
- your child has a PCR test and does not attend pre-school until they have had the PCR test results.
- If the PCR is negative they can return, but must not be brought to pre-school by someone who is required to isolate.
- If the PCR is positive, they will not be able to attend for 10 days to keep our children, families and staff safe. This is because government guidance suggests anyone who has had a positive PCR test limits contact with vulnerable people for this length of time, even if a lateral flow test is negative on days 6 and 7.
We also ask that you still wear a mask at drop off/pick up (unless you are exempt) and that wherever possible only one person drops off/picks up. Many thanks for helping us keep our pre-school community safe.
